status as certified mediators with the necessary skills to mediate in any area of
the Law.
We offer a more specialised niche in Construction Law in both our capacity as
Mediators in resolving disputes within the Industry and as Attorneys where we
are engaged during Pre-contract negotiations and due diligence, Contractual
Phase where we prepare, query and review contracts on behalf of our clients and
post construction phase where we are engaged as commercial transaction
attorneys.
Public Private Partnership we are often engaged as Transactional advisors given
our professional training and specialisation and we also are heavily involved in
project finance and deal structuring.
We asses current laws , policies and regulations and provide an oversight role
during procurement and the bidding process to ensure compliance.
